I've been making
collages for a few years now. It started with the ongoing Displaced
New Yorkers series, which was a reaction to 9/11. From there
I went on to several collaborations with my husband Drew Burchenal.
These pieces combine his poetry with my photography. We usually
visit a place together and I will shoot while he writes. These
pieces are all hand cut and mounted, though some are recreated
here in a digital format for easier viewing. |
